Aristata provides remote technical support up to the Aristata equipment demarcation point, which is a fancy way of saying the spot where Aristata’s network ends and your internal network begins.
With a leased router, this point is the Aristata provided router. If the router is not leased from us, the demarcation point stops at the personal router.
Essentially, we can only provide full support for routers that we provide. This means our technical support cannot extend to your internal network if you have your own router.
