Aristata Communications, a rural wireless/fiber internet company, has an immediate opening for a Customer Care Agent to join our team. A Customer Care Agent will often answer customer phone calls and emails, responding to customers’ questions and concerns, navigate minor technical issues, and setup installation appointments.

  • Previous experience working in a call center for Dish Network, DirecTV, Cable, fiber, internet, phone, or alarms a plus. 
  • Ability to work independently, using sound judgement principles. 
  • Must demonstrate accountability to set priorities, organize workload, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-change environment while managing multiple interruptions and adjustments to priorities throughout the day.
